Elections

The Gambia will be holding presedential elections this weekend. Its a pretty wild time around here and we (Peace Corps) in the city can't leave our homes until Sunday for safety reasons. For a fairly accurate representation of the goings on check here.

Who knew?- 'Absolute power corrupts absolutely'

One thing about new roads, schools and hospitals (from article) is road kill which is good when you can find it within a few days of squashing, schools help you learn to enjoy the oppression and hospitals take care of you after you eat nasty road kill.

Vote GREEN. Green is the new dot.com. Invest in Green woooooooo.

Hey. check this out, I got an email for someone from Banjul who is flying here to go to our COSMOS & PSYCHE conference.

Her name(it thinks its a her) is Fatoumata and is a marriage and family therapist there. I'm thinking about trying to talk her into taking an extra suit-case with her on the trip back...for you. That would be innapropriate.

Haven't you been hanging out at the beach at all? You look super white in your new profile pic. Looks like you've put on a bit of a gut. Your face looks different too, although I must say it's an improvement.
